88kx Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 88kx website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 88kx.io.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses applied to an Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be st aked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and document verification process that 88kx may require a Player to complete before permitting withdrawals or continued use of the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on 88kx and creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, registering, depositing, playing games, placing bets, and withdrawing funds.

If 88kx amends these Terms, continued use of the Platform following notification of such amendment will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this document.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the 88kx Platform. Registration by any person under 21 is strictly prohibited. 88kx takes underage gambling seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated transactions will be voided, and any funds — including winnings — may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Single Account

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder for personal recreational purposes. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, syndicate betting arrangements, or on behalf of third parties is not permitted without prior written consent from 88kx.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 88kx will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration or at any subsequent time.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

88kx reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, following a change to Account details, or as part of routine fraud and compliance checks. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88kx will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 88kx support immediately via live chat or email.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88kx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Own Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name that matches the name on your 88kx Account. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the deposited amount returned to the source wallet.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) hours of submission during operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during major sporting events, or where KYC verification is outstanding. 88kx reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud, compliance, or KYC checks. Withdrawals will only be made to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the 88kx Account.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. 88kx does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback awards, and free spins offered by 88kx are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion. 88kx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any time limit specified. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Eligibility criteria, the qualifying deposit amount, the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and the claim deadline are all set out in the Welcome Bonus promotion page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device. 88kx reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus claims with other Players — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 88kx Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 88kx will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred, at the sole discretion of 88kx.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your bet. 88kx covers cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international Test and ODI matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, as well as other sports markets. Market availability may vary by event and time of day.

7.3 Void Bets

88kx reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical failures that affected the integrity of a market, event cancellation or abandonment, or evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet, per event, or per day may be subject to limits displayed within the Platform. 88kx reserves the right to apply or adjust maximum payout limits at its discretion, particularly on high-liquidity events. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits will not be paid, and the excess will be voided.

8. Casino Games

8.1 Random Number Generators

All virtual casino games available on the 88kx Platform — including slots, table games, and instant-win products — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of these games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the Player or by 88kx.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Vivo Gaming. These games are subject to the rules set by the respective provider, in addition to these Terms. Live dealer tables are available 24 hours a day. 88kx is not responsible for connectivity interruptions between the Player and the live studio provider that result in a disconnection during active play.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including server errors, software bugs, or connectivity failures — 88kx reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player's Account. No compensation will be paid in respect of a voided game round beyond the return of the original stake.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88kx Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Placing bets on events for which you have material non-public information (insider information).

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 88kx

88kx reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required to do so for legal or compliance reasons. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 88kx will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the Player within a reasonable period.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 88kx support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered mobile wallet. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bets already placed; those bets will be settled normally and any winnings returned to the registered wallet.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming settings within their Account or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be restricted from all betting and gaming activity and you will not receive marketing communications from 88kx.

11. Responsible Gaming

88kx is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict access to your Account.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88kx Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 88kx or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 88kx.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88kx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond 88kx's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers.
• Losses sustained as a result of your gambling decisions or betting outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 88kx's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data

88kx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 88kx.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88kx implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data at all times. 88kx will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

15. Amendments to These Terms

88kx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88kx will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 10.2.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 88kx operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. 88kx will endeavour to resolve any dispute directly with the Player in the first instance before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance to seek resolution of any complaint or dispute.
